Last year, I got cocky, and was really lax about my Vitamin D3 supplements. I earned the worst cold I'd had in ages. I don't plan on repeating that!

Most Americans are deficient, too, because we've been taught to avoid the sun at all costs.

I've a friend from Jamaica who swears by his Vitamin D. He was sick constantly his first winter here.
